customers’ property on and off customers’ premises;

are equipped with safety equipment and harness when working on and off our
customers’ premises;

adhere to applicable environment protection guidelines;
v Our
staff take appropriate action in the event of accidents in the unfortunate
situation that may occur;
v We file
an investigative report of each accident for further review, and take steps to
minimize the likelihood of recurrence.
